If a product does not work as described on a supported system and we cannot resolve it within 30 days of purchase, we refund the purchase price in full. Reply to your receipt with your order number to start a request. Licenses for refunded orders are revoked.

Subscriptions. Annual and multi-year licenses are prepaid for the stated term and do not auto-renew. Multi-year prepay is refundable within the first 30 days only.

Services. Onboarding, training, and custom work are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Work already delivered is non-refundable.

Hardware. Unused appliances in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping. Defective units are repaired or replaced under warranty.
